• PM's warranty obligations for Panasonic Product(s) are limited to the terms and conditions listed below:-

• PM warrants Panasonic Product(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of year(s) as stated in leaflet, container or box of the Product(s) from the date of purchase by the Customer.
• This limited warranty applies to Panasonic Product(s) purchased in Malaysia from PM or from PM's authorized dealers, whereby the products has been supplied by PM.
• This limited warranty is not valid unless the Customer provides the following:-

• The warranty card (which have not been altered, defaced or erased) duly completed and that PM's portion of the warranty card has been duly completed and posted to PM within seven (7) days of purchase of the product and provide proof of purchase with a receipt (which is dated and sufficiently itemized to clearly identify the product); or
• The Customer have registered their product online to qualify automatically for the warranty at PM's website, http:/www.panasonic.com my.

• If PM or PM's Authorized Service Dealers receives notice of a manufacturing defect or a defect of the Panasonic Product(s) arising from normal usage within the Warranty Period and a valid claim arises, PM has the following options :-
• Repair the product at the cost of PM, using part or parts which are new or equivalent to new in performance or reliability. Any part or parts replaced by PM or by PM's authorized service dealers shall become the property of PM;
• Exchange the product with a new product or equivalent to new in performance or reliability (whereby the function, performance and reliability is similar to the original product). The product for which the exchange is provided shall become the property of PM.

What is NOT covered by your warranty?

Warranty covers the PANASONIC product only. Unless expressly provided for, this does not include accessories or consumables items such as batteries, lamp unit, ink cartridges and Panasonic Malaysia reserves the rights to update the list periodically without prior notice.

Ways to register your product warranty

1. Panashop Dealer and Panasonic Authorized Dealers
If you purchased Panasonic products from our Panashop Dealer or an authorized Panasonic Dealer, you may request the dealer to register your warranty online on behalf. Please provide a valid email address to receive invitation to join our exclusive Club Panasonic and enjoy its benefits. Return of warranty card to Panasonic Malaysia is not required. Kindly check with the Panashop Dealer or the authorized Panasonic Dealer on the warranty registration on behalf.

2. Panasonic Customer Service
You may return a duly filled warranty card to Panasonic Malaysia to register your warranty. Please ensure model number, serial number, purchase date and other required info are filled. Please take note that some benefits will not be valid and warranty cards with incomplete and invalid information will not be registered.

3. Online Warranty
If you purchased Panasonic products through an authorized dealer or from Panasonic Online Store, and would like to register your warranty online by yourself, you are require to be a Club Panasonic member.

4. Existing Member
